The Present Within Anxiety and Depression

When you feel depressed or nervous, do you attempt to obtain rid of these feelings, or do you learn from them?

Eliminating stress and anxiety and depression is big business - especially for the pharmaceutical companies. Drug sales for anti-anxiety meds and antidepressants are huge. This is very unfortunate to me, because, while there are circumstances where these medications are clinically called for, much of the time they are prescribed in an effort to simply get rid of our unpleasant sensations. The problem with this is that it leaves us without the roadmap we have to browse life in a loving, joyful and meaningful method.

Stress and anxiety and clinical depression have significant details for us. Let's compare these sensations to the discomfort you would feel if you got a hot pan with your bare hand or cut your finger slicing your veggies.

If you numbed your hand prior to grabbing the pan or cutting the veggies, you might terribly burn your hand or badly hurt your finger. We REQUIRED these painful sensations to let us understand when we are doing something that is harmful to us.

What might these sensations be telling you?

When you emotionally desert yourself, your inner kid feels much like an actual kid who is regularly ignored, judged, or provided somebody else to take care of that person. The absence of inner love and empathy for yourself might lead to stress and anxiety, anxiety or depression.

You might be deserting yourself physically by eating too much sugar or by eating processed foods, foods which contain chemicals and pesticides - foods that are diminishing you instead of nourishing your body. You might also be creating toxicity in your body with drugs. Poisonous foods and drugs produce hazardous brains and the result can be anxiety or clinical depression. There many reasons for clinical depression and many of them can be traced back to food and drugs.

You may be deserting yourself economically by spending too much money and going into financial obligation, or not having a great ethic and endangering your job. Living too near the edge can trigger depression, stress or stress and anxiety.

You may be deserting yourself organizationally by keeping your location a mess, always being late, or not paying expenses or taxes on time. This may be triggering clinical depression, stress and anxiety or stress.

When you offer yourself up, you are really rejecting yourself, which can trigger stress and anxiety and/or clinical depression. This, too, may trigger anxiety and/or depression. When you are withstanding, you are not doing exactly what you desire - you are simply reactively resisting exactly what another desires of you, which can also cause stress and anxiety or depression.

When you are withstanding, you are not doing exactly what you desire - you are just reactively withstanding exactly what another wants of you, which can likewise trigger anxiety or clinical depression.
